Artwork used unless otherwise noted is the original creation of Danielle Westvang. In cases where notations are made with regard to clipart, permission was granted to use the artwork.

Sharing / Reselling Policy:
At this time, permission is not granted to any purchaser to share or resell product sold at KinderTeach.com. This includes selling materials on Ebay, or given away from a website, list server, AIM or ICQ Shared Files.

Violations of this posted policy will be considered Copyright Infringement. Copyright Infringement is a federal offense which has a penalty of up to $10,000 fine per incident and 1 year in jail.

Useage License:
All materials sold at KinderTeach.com are for individual classroom use only. The purchaser may make as many copies as necessary for individual classroom (for individual students, etc) use without further written permission.

Purchase Orders:

KinderTeach.com does accept Purchase Orders from School Districts, Child Care Centers, and other child related businesses. Please contact KinderStore@aol.com for specifics.

Download Availability:
Materials available for download will be immediately delivered through Payloadz link upon completion of the Paypal payment. An autogenerated link will be emailed to you, with instructions how to download the product. The download link is only valid for 48 hours following payment, make sure that you make a back up copy.

Shipping Policy:
Due to past shipping delays caused by the Postal Service, ALL orders are shipped with tracking numbers First Class Mail. Orders are shipped on the next business day following order receipt, with the exception of business days that follow on a federal holiday. First Class Mail can take between 7-10 days to receive.

Kinder Teach does not accept liability on orders shipped without insurance. Insurance is offered at an additional cost of $1.30 on all orders. All International orders must carry insurance in order for lost shipments to be replaced. U.S. orders will be replaced if we are notified within 20 days of shipdate.

Download Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds or exchanges are available on downloaded products. If for some reason the download link is not correct, the purchaser has 48 hours to communicate with KinderTeach.com to have the download link resent. We are now using the Payploadz service for downloads, and the links are automatically generated.

CD Collection Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of the product, cash refunds are not available on CD's. However, even though every effort is made to ensure that the CD's are of the highest quality, the purchaser has 15 days in which to exchange a defective purchased CD for a new one of the same series. The defective CD needs to be returned within the 15 days of receipt prior to a new one being sent.

KinderTeach.com reserves the right to issue a credit for use on future purchases.
